Commitment to Privacy

Survey Launch Co. complies with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Data. Survey Launch is contracted by its clients to perform data collection through the use of online surveys. Any Personal Data you supply to Survey Launch is used exclusively for legitimate research or statistical purposes.

Survey Launch conducts online survey research for our clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Data it processes. Survey Launch will retain Personal Data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as we are contractually obligated to do so in order to provide services to our clients.


If you participate in a survey hosted by Survey Launch you may be asked to disclose Personal Data such as your age, your gender, your geographic location, your household size/income as well as your personal opinions on products and/or services relevant to the research being conducted. Any collection of Personal Data is limited to the information that is relevant for the purpose of processing. Your survey responses are held in confidence and combined with other survey participant responses which are shared in aggregate with our clients who commission the data collection.


Participation in online surveys is voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore choose whether or not to disclose any Personal Data. Your responses will be collected and be used solely for the purpose for which they are intended, to conduct market research. Survey Launch will not knowingly collect Personal Data from those under the age of 13 without first getting permission from their parent or guardian.

If you are a customer of one of our clients and would no longer like to be contacted for the purpose of market research surveys you may contact the company that you interact with directly to opt out of future surveys. You may also send an email to to opt out of future surveys and be placed on our internal 'do not contact list'.

Onward Transfer

Survey Launch does not share your Personal Data with anyone outside the course of conducting survey research for our clients. Our clients have sole ownership of all data collected on their behalf. In the course of providing data collection services Survey Launch may employ the use of reputable third party vendors. In such cases third party vendors are obligated to adhere to the Privacy Policies set forth by Survey Launch. Third party vendors are contracted to use the information provided for research and statistical purposes only. No other use of your information is authorized. In cases of onward transfer to third parties of Personal Data of EU or Swiss individuals received pursuant to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield, Survey Launch maintains potential liability.

Survey Launch may be required to disclose Personal Data in response to lawful requests from public authorities including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
